This was my second home purchase. The process of buying a home and working with a realtor is not new to me. Lisa goes above and beyond! She is well organized, punctual and always accessible. She responds quickly to texts. My last agent disappeared after my offer was accepted. Lisa will fight for you! The house I bought was damaged by a storm prior to appraisal. The sellers wanted to avoid having to make the repairs by by offering incentives. I wanted the house I fell in love with! No one wants to have to fix a house right after moving in. Lisa made it clear to the sellers the repairs were necessary and she walked the sellers through the process to make sure that I saved money and avoided headaches.
In the end, I got the home I wanted and made an unexpected friend. Lisa had my back through the entire process! There are a lot of people begging to sell you a home these days. They will tell you whatever they need to to close the deal. Lisa doesn't sell homes with empty words and false promises. She follows through. Lisa puts people first and listens to what you want. Then, she makes it happen! I cannot recommend her enough!
